BMW G310 Tyre Size
There are two different BMW G310 models, the G310R and the G310GS.
The G310R runs a 110/70/17 front tyre and a 150/60/17 rear tyre.
The G310GS runs a 110/80/19 front tyre and a 150/70/17 rear tyre.
On the GS model, the 110/80 front is a great choice by BMW. Some adventure bikes run a 100/90 front but that limits your on-road tyre options. In the 110/80/19 you can run great tyres like the Metzeler Roadtec 01 and the Michelin Road 5 Trail and Bridgestone T32 as well as a host of proper off-road rubber.
You can click those links to see all the different tyres available in the sizes for this bike. However below we have recommended what we consider to be the best options.
As motorcycle tyre specialists, accredited by the major manufacturers, we can supply any tyre to you by mail order or you can have them fitted in our London motorcycle workshop.
The G310 models run common motorcycle tyre sizes and so you have plenty of choices, whether you want a tyre for Commuting, Trail Riding, Touring or some proper Off-Road.
BMW G310 History
The G310R was launched in 2016 as a plucky A2-ready commuter. The G310GS was launched a year later and is one of the smallest ‘adventure’ bikes you can buy. Both bikes suffer from lots of negative owner feedback when it comes to reliability.
