If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it is not possible to make changes. If the tyres have already left our premises, cancellation may need to be handled as a return instead.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend or cancel it where possible. This may include changing tyre sizes, quantities, or delivery details.
For orders booked for fitting, changes may be possible depending on tyre availability and how close the appointment date is.
We recommend double-checking tyre sizes, specifications, and delivery details before completing checkout to avoid delays or unnecessary returns.
