Once you place an order with Two Tyres, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming the tyres you have purchased. This means the order has been successfully received by our system and passed to our warehouse team for processing.
Your tyres are then checked against stock and prepared for dispatch. We do not drop-ship from third parties; tyres are picked, checked, and packed before leaving us. This allows us to ensure the correct sizes, specifications, and quantities are supplied. We do not hold all of the tyres listed on our website in our London workshop and dispatch centre and these may be ordered in from the UK importer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. We dispatch all of our tyres with either DHL, APC or Fedex. Tracking details will be included so you can monitor delivery progress.
If you want to have your tyres fitted in our London motorcycle tyre fitting centre, you just need to leave a note in the order notes section. We will then contact you to arrange a convenient tyme for you to visit and have your tyres fitted.
If there are any issues with stock availability, delivery timing, or order details, our team will contact you as soon as possible. If you have not received confirmation emails, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.
