Yes — customers are welcome to wait while their motorcycle tyres are being fitted. We have a customer waiting room and there is a cafe on site.
We are not insured to have customers in our workshop, therefore you cannot stand in our workshop while we fit tyres. That and the fact that tyre fitting is a technical process that requires concentration and safe working conditions. If a customer is talking to the technician working on their bike, it’s likely they’ll make a mistake. Our team will update you once the fitting is complete or if any issues arise during the process.
We prefer it if you make a booking online or over the phone. However, if you roll up and ned tyres fitting, we can often accommodate you.
If you prefer not to wait, or if your fitting is expected to take longer than usual, you may wish to make alternative arrangements and return to collect your bike later.
