The simple answer is no.
While run-flats are common in the car world, they don’t work for motorcycle tyres.
In the USA, Dunlop supply some police departments with special motorcycles tyres that are designed to withstand a puncture and for the tyre to not jump off the rim – presumably so the rider could carry on riding for a short amount of time on a flat tyre – but these are not true run-flat tyres.
