You can but it’s not advised.
We don’t recommend you exceed more than 50mph with a temporary motorcycle puncture repair, nor with tyre slime.
Therefore on a motorway, 50mph will make you a bit of a sitting duck for other faster traffic and it also won’t be the best place to be if the temporary repair lets go.
Dealing with a puncture on a motorway
If you do pick up a puncture, reduce your speed as safely as possible and get off a bike at a safe spot in order to inspect the damage.
It’s also worth mentioning that if you do get a puncture on the motorway and you have the means to repair it, we advise you get off the motorway, not just onto the hard shoulder but exit it completely and carry out your repair elsewhere, as you’ll be much safer than on the hard shoulder.
