If you are running late for your fitting appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
We understand that traffic and unforeseen delays can occur, particularly in London. Where possible, we will try to accommodate late arrivals, but this depends on how late you are and how busy the workshop is at the time.
If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other customers’ bookings. In some cases, this may mean waiting until a later slot becomes available, leaving your bike with us, or rebooking for another day.
Occasionally, we have fitting appointments that take longer than expected and this can knock all the following bookings off-schedule. We will always try and advise you on the time we’ll require to complete your booking when you arrive.
To avoid delays or disappointment, we recommend allowing extra travel time and arriving a few minutes early where possible.
