When attending a tyre fitting appointment at our London fitting centre, please ensure your motorcycle is in a roadworthy condition.
Seized and rusted fasteners, rusty chains, seized calipers and bikes that are filthy all cause delayed and can incur additional charges.
If you have ordered tyres on our website and requested fitting, please call our workshop in advance of your arrival to check that we have your tyres ready for you.
You do not need to bring any paperwork for the tyres themselves. If you are having tyres fitted that were not purchased from us, please bring any relevant information about the tyres and your booking confirmation.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for check-in. Please ensure wheel nuts, spindle nuts, and locking devices are accessible, and that any aftermarket accessories do not obstruct wheel removal.
We have a comfortable waiting room, and there is a cafe on site. You can keep your gear safe in our waiting room, but travelling light is advisable.
If you have any other work that needs doing, please make our team aware of this prior to your arrival. We have a time slot for each customer and we will need to understand the work you require so that we can allow enough time to work on your bike. If you have any special requests or concerns about your bike or tyres, please mention them when checking in so our technicians can advise accordingly.
