While we aim to deliver between 2 and 4 business days following your order, we do not guarantee it.
The best way to minimize any issues arising from delayed deliveries is to ensure you don’t order your tyres 3 days before your MOT, ferry crossing or big trip. Unfortunately, this is common.
If your tyres do not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, the first step is to check any tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, adverse weather, or high delivery volumes. If tracking information is unclear or has not been updated, please contact the courier who will be able to advise you.
If your delivery is time-critical, such as for a fitting appointment or trackday, we recommend placing your order well in advance where possible.
We will always do our best to keep you informed and help resolve delays, but delivery times are ultimately controlled by the courier once the tyres have been dispatched. If you are struggling to trace your tyres, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
