It is incredibly rare that a tyre arrives damaged.
However, if your tyres arrive damaged, you’ll be able to see this from the packing film we use on the tyres; this will likely be scuffed or torn. Please do not attempt to fit or use them.
We ask that you inspect your tyres as soon as possible after delivery. If you notice any visible damage, contact us promptly with clear photographs showing the issue. This helps us assess the problem quickly and raise a claim with the courier if required.
Damage caused in transit is rare, but when it does occur, it is important that it is reported before the tyres are mounted or used. Fitting or riding on a damaged tyre may compromise safety and may invalidate any claim.
Once reported, we will advise on the next steps, which may include collection of the damaged items. We aim to resolve issues as quickly and smoothly as possible.
