Yes. When your order is processed, we create a shipping and tracking number with our couriers. This will be emailed over to you. When the itemis collected, you will see an update in the tracking information.
Tracking allows you to see the progress of your delivery, including when the tyres are out for delivery and, in some cases, an estimated delivery window.
Please note that not all courier services provide the same level of tracking detail, and updates are dependent on the courier scanning the parcel at each stage of transit. Often we see a parcel looks like it is delayed as the tracking has not been updated for a couple of days and then, when the item is delvered, the full path of the package is updated on the tracking.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if the delivery status is unclear, you are welcome to contact the courier to investigate. We will not be able to chase the status of your parcel if the timeframe is within 7 days of your tracking number having been generated.
