Two Tyres Rewards

General

1. The promoter of the Two Tyres Rewards loyalty scheme is Two Tyres Limited trading as Two Tyres, Unit 1, Peterboat Close, London, SE10 0PX.

2. These terms and conditions replace all previous versions, are correct as of May 2024 and shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. Two Tyres Ltd reserves the right to change these, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

3. Two Tyres can terminate, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Two Tyres Rewards account.

4. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

5. Due to printing lead times, the terms and conditions in store may not reflect the most recent changes. These are the most up-to-date terms and conditions.

Our Loyalty Scheme

1. These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Two Tyres Rewards loyalty scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance.

2. The Two Tyres Rewards account are issued by and remain the property of Two Tyres.

3. The Two Tyres Rewards loyalty scheme is only valid at twotyres.co.uk.

4. Members are only entitled to one Two Tyres Rewards account each. Two Tyres reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

5. If we identify that you hold two or more Two Tyres Rewards accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.

6. Members may inherit the points and/or the points value of vouchers of a family member who has died by providing a written request informing us of the membership details of the deceased.

7. Members must register their personal details and keep Two Tyres informed of any changes. Two Tyres cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers incurred as a result of out-of-date details. New accounts that are not registered within 12 months of first being used and accounts with out-of-date details that have not been updated for 12 months will be removed and any points or vouchers forfeited.

8. The Two Tyres Rewards account and card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered with the account.

9. Two Tyres cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safekeeping of their account details.

10. The Two Tyres Rewards loyalty scheme is for personal and consumer use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Two Tyres reserves the right, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.

11. Two Tyres can take any action it considers appropriate, including declining to issue, withdraw or cancel Two Tyres Rewards accounts and points, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour relating to Two Tyres or Two Tyres Ltd that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

12. Employees of Two Tyres and its partners cannot participate in the Two Tyres Rewards loyalty scheme.

13. Two Tyres Rewards accounts and points cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.

14. Two Two Tyres Rewards members can combine their accounts with written consent from both parties. When either member provides or updates information relating to the joint account, they must have the consent of the other member to do so and for us to use this information following the terms and conditions of the scheme. Two Tyres cannot be held responsible for any loss to either account member as a result of the other account member providing or updating information relating to the joint account. Joint accounts may be split into single accounts by either member, and any points accrued will be divided based on the Two Tyres Rewards account with which they were originally earned. Two Tyres will take no responsibility for the allocation of vouchers that have already been issued.

15. Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Two Tyres Rewards account are subject to online network availability.

16. Two Tyres will remove points and vouchers from registered Two Tyres Rewards accounts that haven’t been used for 24 months or have been closed.

17. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme, members forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.

Data Protection

1. Two Tyres Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. To enable us to provide and inform you about our products and services, we may share your information with our marketing platform Klaviyo; users who participate in the loyalty scheme will be considered to have acknowledged your information will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details of how and why we use your personal information.

Points

1. The standard number of points you will collect from a purchase with Two Tyres is 3 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases online. The number of points awarded may change and vary. Any pence value under £1 will not accrue points.

2. Two Tyres Rewards members must present their electronic details at checkout to collect points.

3. After shopping online on twotyres.co.uk, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your account at the point of transaction.

4. If your Two Tyres Rewards account is not used at the point of transaction, or you check out as a guest, your points will not be added to your account.

5. Any purchases made at trade shows, examples of which include, but are not limited to, Motorcycle Live, MCN London Motorcycle Show, Scottish Motorcycle Show or purchases made through the Two Tyres eBay store are exempt from our Two Tyres Rewards loyalty scheme and therefore points cannot be accrued as a result of these transactions.

6. Two Tyres is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.

7. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered an abuse of the scheme.

8. Points awarded at the time of the transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if Two Tyres determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that are contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.

10. Two Tyres Rewards points are the property of Two Tyres Ltd and have no cash value. They are not for resale/publication and are valid in the UK and IoM only. Valid for use only by the recipient, age restrictions apply.
