To conquer the ever more challenging conditions riders have to face in today’s off-road racing, Dunlop has designed a new weapon from the ground up. Whether it’s the tyre’s contour and overall architecture, the tread compound, the pattern or block arrangement, no stone was left unturned to make sure you have the most versatile fitment available.

DUNLOP TYRE TECHNOLOGIES:

• CARCASS TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM (CTCS) – Carcass Tension Control System (CTCS) controls casing stress distribution, optimising the tension in different areas, resulting in more consistent and controlled line holding, straight-line traction and better feedback.
• PROGRESSIVE CORNERING BLOCK TECHNOLOGY (PCBT) – Dunlop’s new patented Progressive Cornering Block Technology (PCBT) increases block flexibility to achieve greater slide control, partnered with twin edges delivers tightened cornering grip.
• HEX SHAPE BLOCKS (HSB) – Through a new block layout technology called Hex Shape Blocks (HSB), which are polygonal blocks with additional edges, more grip is generated in multiple axes, increasing directional control. This allows for more stable handling, especially on very hard terrain and rocky surfaces.
• TILT CROWN BLOCKS (TCB) – Tilt Crown Blocks (TCB) are angled to improve terrain bite, provides better straight line guidance (directional stability) as well as traction by forcing rocks and dirt to gather around the center of the crown blocks. This improves performance especially on stones and rocky surfaces.
