The Michelin City Extra is a Lightweight & Urban Motorcycle tyre offering riders:
Michelin has launched its new MICHELIN City Extra; a new tyre for the global commuter market, with fitments available for scooters, step-throughs and small motorcycles.
Replacing both the MICHELIN City Pro and MICHELIN City Grip Pro tyre ranges, the new MICHELIN City Extra offers 10 percent longer life* and 24 percent better wet grip** compared to the MICHELIN City Pro and is also available in a larger range of sizes for scooters, giving increased market coverage.
These improvements in performance have been made possible by the new adaptive tread design developed for the MICHELIN City Extra. This evolution in tread pattern design resists wear and incorporates MICHELIN Water Sipes to cut through the film of water on the road surface to find high levels of grip in these difficult conditions.

- *Internal study of wet lap times at Fontange circuit (South of France) on 17 October 2019, using a Honda Scoopy fitted with 80/90-14 front and 90/90-14 rear tyre sizes.
- **Wear test done by TUV Thailand on Michelin’s request, comparing MICHELIN City Pro versus MICHELIN City Extra between 2 December 2019 and 11 February 2020, using a HONDA CLICK 125i fitted with 80/90-14 front and 90/90-14 rear tyre sizes. The test ran until 12,000 km then the tyres were removed from the vehicles and an extrapolated mileage estimation was made.

We use DHL for all of our tyre orders. Delivery takes between one and four working days. We use Royal Mail for our non-tyre orders. We rely on our delivery partners and enjoy a very high success rate on deliveries.
ALL TYRES HELD IN STOCK
Unlike some other retailers, all our tyres are located in the UK. If it shows as available on our website, then it's in stock. We dispatch 95% of orders within 24 hours and because they're shipped from the UK, you won't have delays or import charges.
